Chapter 1
Будильник Бена дзвонить щоранку о сьомій.
Ben's alarm rings at seven o'clock every morning.
Він прокидається, приймає душ і чистить зуби.
He wakes up, takes a shower and brushes his teeth.
На сніданок він їсть хліб із сиром і п'є каву.
For breakfast, he eats bread with cheese and drinks coffee.
Але цього понеділка будильник не дзвонить.
But this Monday, the alarm does not ring.
Бен розплющує очі. Уже пів на дев'яту!
Ben opens his eyes. It is already half past eight!

Chapter 2

О чверть на десяту Бен приходить на роботу. Він дуже втомлений.
At a quarter past nine, Ben arrives at work. He is very tired.

But the office is empty. Where is everybody?

Chapter 3

Бен сміється. Стільки бігу — і все даремно!
Ben laughs. All that running for nothing!
Він іде додому, ситно снідає і дивиться телевізор.
He goes home, eats a big breakfast and watches television.
Увечері він рано лягає спати. Завтра будильник мусить задзвонити!
In the evening, he goes to sleep early. Tomorrow the alarm must ring!
