By using Fenek you accept these terms. The service is provided by Orkun Burak Gülhan (destek@getfenek.com).
1. The service
Fenek is a language-learning app. Lessons and games are free with ads; Premium removes ads and adds unlimited hearts, the exam mode and the AI tutor. Features may change over time.
2. Premium subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased on our website (sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record) or through Google Play / the App Store. They renew automatically at the price shown until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time (website: link in your receipt or on the Premium page; apps: your store account); access continues until the end of the paid period. Website purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds: see the refund policy.
3. AI tutor
AI replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions.
4. Certificates and exams
Exam results and certificates in Fenek are for practice only and are not official language certificates.
5. Content and licences
Lessons, characters and design belong to Fenek. Pronunciation voices are used under their licences (listed on the home page).
6. Fair use
Do not misuse the service (automated access, abuse of the AI tutor, attempts to bypass payments).
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Turkish law applies.

1. Hizmet
Fenek bir dil öğrenme uygulamasıdır. Dersler ve oyunlar reklamlı olarak ücretsizdir; Premium reklamları kaldırır, sınırsız can, sınav modu ve yapay zekâ öğretmen ekler. Özellikler zamanla değişebilir.
2. Premium abonelik
Abonelikler web sitemizden (satıcısı çevrim içi satıcımız Paddle.com, Merchant of Record) ya da Google Play / App Store üzerinden alınır. İptal edilene kadar gösterilen fiyattan otomatik yenilenir ve istediğin an iptal edilebilir (web: makbuzdaki bağlantı ya da Premium sayfası; uygulama: mağaza hesabın); ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar erişimin sürer. Web alımlarına ayrıca Paddle alıcı şartları uygulanır. İade: iade politikasına bak.
3. Yapay zekâ öğretmen
Yapay zekâ cevapları otomatik üretilir ve hata içerebilir. Sağlık, hukuk veya para konularında karar vermek için kullanma.
4. Sınav ve sertifikalar
Fenek'teki sınav sonuçları ve sertifikalar yalnızca pratik amaçlıdır, resmî dil sertifikası değildir.
5. İçerik ve lisanslar
Dersler, karakterler ve tasarım Fenek'e aittir. Telaffuz sesleri kendi lisanslarıyla kullanılır (ana sayfanın altında listelenir).
6. Adil kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanma (otomatik erişim, yapay zekâ öğretmeni kötüye kullanma, ödemeyi atlatma girişimleri).
7. Sorumluluk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Türk hukuku uygulanır.
