Fenek ("we") is operated by Orkun Burak Gülhan, Hatay, Türkiye. Contact: destek@getfenek.com. This policy explains what data the website and the Android/iOS apps process.
1. Data stored on your device
Your progress, settings, XP, streak and course choices are stored only in your browser/app storage (localStorage). We do not have an account system yet and do not receive this data. You can delete it at any time with "Reset" in the app or by clearing site data.
2. AI tutor (Premium)
When you use the AI tutor, the messages you type, your course languages, level and scenario are sent to our server and to Anthropic PBC (USA), which generates the replies. We do not store the conversations; to enforce usage limits our server keeps only a message counter linked to a random app ID (or your IP address), reset every month. Do not share personal information in the chat.
3. Advertising
Free users see ads. On the website ads are served by Google AdSense, in the apps by Google AdMob. Google may use cookies, advertising IDs and device information to show and measure ads, and — with your consent where required (EU/UK, iOS App Tracking Transparency) — to personalise them. See Google's advertising policy. Premium users see no ads.
4. Speech features
Pronunciation audio is played from files bundled with the app. Microphone exercises use your device's/browser's built-in speech recognition, which may be processed by the operating system provider (e.g. Google, Apple). We never record or store your voice.
5. Payments
Website purchases are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), which receives your payment details, e-mail and billing country; app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive no card details, only your plan, the amount and whether your subscription is active.
6. Children
Fenek is intended for users aged 13 and over.
7. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, art. 11) and the GDPR you may request information about, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to destek@getfenek.com.

1. Cihazında saklanan veriler
İlerlemen, ayarların, XP, seri ve kurs seçimlerin yalnızca tarayıcının/uygulamanın kendi depolama alanında (localStorage) tutulur. Henüz hesap sistemimiz yoktur, bu veriler bize gelmez. Uygulamadaki "Sıfırla" ile ya da site verilerini silerek istediğin an silebilirsin.
2. Yapay zekâ öğretmen (Premium)
Yapay zekâ öğretmeni kullandığında yazdığın mesajlar, kurs dillerin, seviyen ve senaryo, cevabı üretmesi için sunucumuza ve Anthropic PBC'ye (ABD) gönderilir (KVKK md. 9 kapsamında yurt dışına aktarım; hukuki sebep: açık rızan — bu özelliği kullanarak verirsin). Sohbetleri saklamayız; kullanım sınırı için sunucumuz yalnızca rastgele bir uygulama numarasına (veya IP adresine) bağlı bir mesaj sayacı tutar, sayaç her ay sıfırlanır. Sohbete kişisel bilgi yazma.
3. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz kullanıcılara reklam gösterilir. Web sitesinde Google AdSense, uygulamalarda Google AdMob kullanılır. Google reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için çerezleri, reklam kimliğini ve cihaz bilgilerini kullanabilir; gereken yerlerde (AB/İngiltere, iOS izin ekranı) iznin alınarak kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilir. 4. Ses özellikleri
Telaffuz sesleri uygulamayla gelen dosyalardan çalınır. Mikrofon alıştırmaları cihazının/tarayıcının kendi konuşma tanıma özelliğini kullanır; bu işlem işletim sistemi sağlayıcısı (ör. Google, Apple) tarafından yapılabilir. Sesini kaydetmez, saklamayız.
5. Ödemeler
Web sitesinden yapılan alımları Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) işler; ödeme bilgilerin, e-postan ve fatura ülken Paddle'a gider. Uygulama içi alımlar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgilerin bize gelmez; yalnızca planını, tutarı ve aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını öğreniriz.
6. Çocuklar
Fenek 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir.
7. Hakların
KVKK madde 11 uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve itiraz etme hakkın vardır. Başvuru için: destek@getfenek.com.
