Chapter 1
Todas as quintas-feiras, o Sam joga futebol com uma pequena equipa no parque.
Every Thursday, Sam plays football with a small team in the park.
A equipa não é muito boa. Perde quase todos os jogos.
The team is not very good. They lose almost every match.
Mas adoram jogar juntos e, depois do jogo, comem piza.
But they love playing together, and after the game they eat pizza.
Um dia, o treinador tem uma grande notícia: estão na final da cidade!
One day, the coach has big news: they are in the city final!
Ninguém acredita. Outra equipa não apareceu, por isso estão na final.
Nobody can believe it. Another team didn't come, so they are in the final.

No intervalo, o treinador diz: «Esqueçam o resultado. Divirtam-se!»
At half time, the coach says: "Forget the score. Just have fun!"
Na segunda parte, a equipa do Sam joga sem medo.
In the second half, Sam's team plays without fear.

Nessa noite, comem a maior piza da cidade.
