🌈 النزهة

Chapter 1
تقول النشرة الجوية: يوم الأحد مشمس وخمس وعشرون درجة.
The weather forecast says: sunny and twenty-five degrees on Sunday.
تخطط ميلا وأصدقاؤها لنزهة عند البحيرة.
Mila and her friends plan a picnic by the lake.
يحضر كل واحد شيئًا: شطائر وفاكهة وعصيرًا وبطانية كبيرة.
Everybody brings something: sandwiches, fruit, juice and a big blanket.
وحده تيم يحضر مظلة. يضحك عليه الجميع.
Only Tim brings an umbrella. Everybody laughs at him.
«انظر إلى السماء! لا توجد غيمة واحدة!»
"Look at the sky! There isn't a single cloud!"

Chapter 2

At three o'clock, the wind gets stronger and it gets cloudy.
ثم، فجأة، يبدأ المطر بالهطول. وبغزارة!
Then, suddenly, it starts to rain. Very hard!
تبتلّ الشطائر وتمتلئ البطانية بالماء.
The sandwiches get wet and the blanket is full of water.
يركض الجميع. وحده تيم يبقى جافًا تحت مظلته.
Everybody runs. Only Tim stays dry under his umbrella.

Chapter 3

Tim drinks a hot chocolate and smiles: "Who's laughing now?"
بعد ساعة، يتوقف المطر وتعود الشمس للظهور.
After an hour, the rain stops and the sun comes out again.
فوق البحيرة قوس قزح ضخم.
Over the lake, there is a huge rainbow.
تقول ميلا إن الجميع سيحضرون مظلات في المرة القادمة. احتياطًا!
Next time, Mila says, everybody brings an umbrella. Just in case!
