Мія живе в маленькій квартирі в місті.
Mia lives in a small flat in the city.
Одного ранку вона чує музику за стіною.
One morning, she hears music next door.
Там новий сусід. Його звати Лео.
There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
У Лео великий собака і багато коробок.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
Мія усміхається і каже: «Привіт! Ласкаво просимо!»
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
