Mia şehirde küçük bir dairede yaşıyor.
Mia lives in a small flat in the city.
Bir sabah yan dairede müzik duyuyor.
One morning, she hears music next door.
Yeni bir komşu gelmiş. Adı Leo.
There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
Leo'nun büyük bir köpeği ve bir sürü kutusu var.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
Mia gülümsüyor ve "Merhaba! Hoş geldin!" diyor.
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
