There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
Leo tiene un perro grande y muchas cajas.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
Mia sonríe y dice: «¡Hola! ¡Bienvenido!»
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
