Mia lives in a small flat in the city.
Однажды утром она слышит музыку за стеной.
One morning, she hears music next door.
Там новый сосед. Его зовут Лео.
There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
У Лео большая собака и много коробок.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
Мия улыбается и говорит: «Привет! Добро пожаловать!»
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
