There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
O Leo tem um cão grande e muitas caixas.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
A Mia sorri e diz: «Olá! Bem-vindo!»
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
