One morning, she hears music next door.
Da ist ein neuer Nachbar. Er heißt Leo.
There is a new neighbour. His name is Leo.
Leo hat einen großen Hund und viele Kisten.
Leo has a big dog and a lot of boxes.
Mia lächelt und sagt: „Hallo! Willkommen!“
Mia smiles and says: "Hello! Welcome!"
