Chapter 1
Am Mittwochmorgen wacht Leyla mit schrecklichen Bauchschmerzen auf.
On Wednesday morning, Leyla wakes up with a terrible stomach ache.
Sie hat auch Kopfschmerzen und ein bisschen Fieber.
She also has a headache and a little fever.
Sie ruft in der Arztpraxis an und bekommt einen Termin um zehn.
She calls the doctor's surgery and gets an appointment at ten.
Im Wartezimmer husten viele Leute.
In the waiting room, there are many people coughing.
Leyla wartet fast eine Stunde. Ihr geht es immer schlechter.
Leyla waits for almost an hour. She feels worse and worse.

Chapter 2

"What did you eat yesterday?" she asks.
Leyla überlegt. „Mittags Suppe und abends ... einen großen Teller Pilze.“
Leyla thinks. "Soup for lunch, and in the evening... a big plate of mushrooms."
„Woher waren die Pilze?“, fragt die Ärztin.
"Where did the mushrooms come from?" asks the doctor.
„Aus dem Wald. Mein Nachbar hat sie gesammelt.“
"From the forest. My neighbour picked them."

"Drink a lot of water, eat only rice and rest for two days."
Auf dem Heimweg ruft Leyla ihren Nachbarn an: „Bitte keine Pilze mehr!“
On the way home, Leyla calls her neighbour: "No more mushrooms, please!"
